I take the necessary time to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.

📦 Preparation time

  • Each order is prepared and personalized by hand in my workshop.

  • Orders are shipped within 24/48 working hours after receipt of payment.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package leaves my workshop.

✈️ Delivery

  • Deliveries are made with Colissimo (La Poste) or Mondial Relay , a tracked and secure service.

  • Estimated time:

    • Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days

    • European Union: 3 to 7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package in real time.

💌 Delivery fees

  • Metropolitan France: from €4.25

  • Available with purchases of €50 or more.

The exact price is calculated automatically at the time of payment based on your address and the weight of the package.
