🎨 Are the products handmade?

Yes! Each piece is hand-pressed in my small workshop in my bedroom in Occitanie.

Can I return an item or modify my order?

Products are refundable and exchangeable, except in cases of defects or personalization. You have 14 days to change your mind about each item. To modify an order, you have 24-48 hours to do so by sending me an email (contact@lilysdressing.com) before I prepare and ship your package. Click here to make a return.

🚚 What are the delivery times?

Please allow 24-48 business hours for order preparation, then 2-6 business days for delivery within France. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected. Yes! I deliver to mainland France , as well as Belgium , Switzerland , and Luxembourg . Shipping costs are automatically displayed at checkout.
