At Lily's Dressing , each piece is carefully hand-printed, but if anything doesn't suit you, no worries — you have 14 days from receipt to make a return .

🔁 Return conditions

  • The product must not have been worn or washed.

  • It must be returned in its original condition, with the packaging if possible.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Personalized products (messages, names, custom printing) are neither exchangeable nor refundable , except in the case of an error on our part.

📝 Procedure

- Send an email to contact@lilysdressing.com specifying:

  • Your order number

  • The article(s) in question

  • The reason for the return

- Once your request has been validated, print and complete the form below to include in your package.

- Send everything back to the following address:
